1. Overview

Sports Matrik Hub ("we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our streaming platform and services.

This policy applies to all content available on our platform, including live streams, recorded game footage, replays, highlights, and user-uploaded content related to high school athletic events.

2. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that content available on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or specific location on our platform where the material can be found
• Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on our platform was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include:

• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, along with the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

6. Content Specific to High School Events

We are particularly mindful of content related to high school athletic events. Schools, athletic associations, and broadcasting rights holders who believe their live streams, game footage, or related content has been used without proper authorization should contact us immediately. We prioritize these requests and work directly with schools and athletic organizations to resolve copyright matters promptly.

7. Good Faith Notice

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability. Please ensure that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf before submitting a DMCA notice.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
